How is the Open Doors Fellowship Program organized?
Open Doors Fellowship Program curriculum
The Open Doors Fellowship Program aims to support post-doc and mid-career female scientists, pushing the agricultural scientific agenda forward, in becoming agents of change in SSA HE&SIs, reducing women’s dropouts from the research pipeline and becoming role models for the next generations of women and girls in STEM.
To this end, the project has developed a transversal educational curriculum, split into two Phases and implemented over 20 months for each cohort. It will be tackling five main developmental pillars (DP).
