Tilashwork's work during her Short Research Stay

Dr. Alemie was hosted at the Department of Geography at Ghent University during her 12-week Short Research Stay. Under the supervision of Prof. Amaury Frankl, she focused on analyzing catchment-scale water yield potential for agricultural production in the Ethiopian Highlands using advanced GIS tools and satellite data.

This experience provided her with access to state-of-the-art computing and modeling facilities unavailable at her home institution.
